Onboarding Specialist, High Rollers (Entry Level)

The job

An entry-level position welcoming individuals who wager more than your annual compensation per hand. You will be their first impression of YourCasino and, statistically, present for some of their worst moments. Training provided. Composure assumed.

What you'll do

• Welcome new high-value players warmly and without visible awe
• Walk clients through the platform as if the amounts are normal
• Learn each client's name before variance does
• Maintain the onboarding checklist (14 steps, none optional)
• Hand off gracefully once a client no longer needs you, or vice versa

What we're looking for

• 0–1 years of experience; more would only frighten you
• Able to maintain a neutral expression at any number
• Does not ask follow-up questions about where the money came from
• Types "congratulations" and "condolences" at the same speed
• Salary expectations: entry level. Clients: not.
